We continue to receive reports of detentions in the parking lots of restaurants, shopping centers, and big box stores

We continue to see detentions of delivery drivers reported to the PIRC hotline, at stores like Walmart, Fred Meyer, and as people arrive at and depart work.

If you are a delivery driver, it is incredibly important to have a plan and to make sure your loved ones have the PIRC hotline and your biographical information saved, as this is how we can activate rapid response and get your connected to legal and other forms of assistance.

We saw 2 couples detained together reported to the hotline this week, highlighting the importance of creating a family plan. It is always good to have a plan; this is something we can do to ensure our loved ones know what to do, who will take care of your children, pets and home. In a time of heightened anxiety, this is a step you can take to make sure you and your loved ones have a say in what happens next.

Several key documents in this packet must be notarized periodically; you can often have this done at a bank, your child's school, or many faith communities and community based organizations!
