Here, you will find the December update, as well as a year-end round up of data since PIRC first had capacity to track detention data, beginning in July 2025.
Please note that this data is only data reported to PIRC, the number of detentions statewide reported by DHS and other organizations are higher.
Remember:
The more people who report to PIRC when a loved one is detained, the more accurate our data can become, and the more connections to resources we are able to make for those left behind.

Guatemala: 14.9%

Several hundred more detentions are unknown and not reflected on this graph due to the unspecified location of the detention.
