You Got A Migra Watch Incident Alert! Here’s what to do:
You’re being asked to go to the location, observe what is happening, record information, and report back to the dispatcher. Do not obstruct ICE arrests or interfere with ICE officers.
Reply Now: Reply to the text and let the dispatcher know if you can make it to the location within 15 minutes. Say “this is [name], On my way to [location] ETA is __ min and I can stay for __ mins.
Next: The dispatcher will send you a Signal link to join a confidential incident thread. The rest of the interaction will take place on that thread.
When you arrive, text the incident thread that you are there, give one piece of information about what you are wearing so other responders can recognize you, and report what you see. Use C.L.E.A.R. (see below).
More info below.
Example: This is Cindy, I’m wearing green pants. Arrived at SE 2nd & Morrison. 3 plainclothes agents here in a van, license plate 123AAA. Will document and report.
Arriving at the scene

Are there other observers or bystanders?
Do you feel safe? If not, move to a safer location.
What to do once you're there
Recording - Document what’s happening at the scene
Interacting - Talk to other observers, potentially ask limited questions of law enforcement (see below).
Reporting - Share what you learn and see with the incident thread

Questions to ask agents:
Are you a law enforcement officer?
What agency are you with?
